Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. You add me as an admin to your ManyChat account and I build everything inside it. All you need to do is test it and confirm it works before it goes live.
How long does the build take?

What if I don't have a keyword set up yet?

That's completely fine, and often better. If you don't have a keyword yet I'll set the whole thing up from scratch — the keyword, the flow, the qualification, all of it. You're not behind, you just have a clean slate to build on.
